Thought that the person you interviewed was very interesting and had a wide background. You had good interview questions. I'm not much of a fan of the "robo voice"- it was more fun to hear your voice instead. She had good perspective on how the technology should support the learning. Liked her questions that she asks instructors about the technology integration.
Coming back to this interview, Marrocco, Kazer and Neal-Boylan state that "when considering the use of podcasting to aid instructional learning, it is important to assess the learning needs of the particular audience." (p.52) Your expert communicated exactly that. They also state that "Podcasting could also be used to reinforce material, rather than for providing information the student needs to use in an assignment." It's clear that the aim here is for transformational learning, not just for the sake of having another modality.
